About us
At Dragonfly Health & Wellness, we bring over 30 years of distilled knowledge as professionals in the wellness industry, and also through our life long commitment to self-improvement. Our personalized coaching empowers you to feel healthier, more centered, and equipped with the tools and habits needed to pursue your dreams with confidence.
We fell in love in April of 2022 and quickly realized that we wanted to build a coaching business that would bring together our breadth of knowledge and our passion for helping people live more vibrant joy filled lives. We had both been collecting tools and experiences for decades that we used to improve ourselves emotionally, physically, and professionally. Our combined knowledge includes fitness, nutrition, anatomy, massage therapy, mindset, personal development, and immense healing of trauma and PTSD. As we saw our values align and explored the possibilities of building a beautiful future together we began to create Dragonfly Health & Wellness, and our 13 week long coaching program, Emergence. The birth of our business felt natural, love filled, and purpose driven.
Dragonfly Health & Wellness is built upon the following values: growth, integrity, support, accountability, and community.
Growth- we provide a catalytic environment that guides our clients through the change they seek.Integrity- we are honest and follow through on commitments and who we define ourselves to be.Support- we listen deeply, empathize, show up, and are respectful and fair. Accountability- we hold you to your word and goals, communicate clearly, and expect effort.Community- we believe change happens in community and create a safe, respectful, and fun place to grow together.
Dragonfly Health & Wellness is a true labor of love between the both of us! Our goal is to bring these values into our community and elevate consciousness and well-being for all who work with us.

Who We are
Eric's Journey
Jess's Journey
Hello wonderful peeps! I am Jess Whyte. I look forward to helping you all create a more compelling vision and healthier lifestyle for yourselves. I have been passionate about personal development and leading a fulfilling and joyful life since early adulthood. My journey first began in college where I majored in human development and family studies. I knew my childhood did not provide great examples of relationships and family dynamics, so I sought an education to learn what a healthy version of that looked like. I served with AmeriCorps National Civilian Corps after college and learned that I loved contributing to my community and working directly with people that were seeking help. I explored many professions from an assistant project manager for a photography company to an administrative assistant for a chiropractor. Once I stepped into the wellness field at the chiropractic clinic I knew I wanted to work in the wellness industry. I then pursued a long-lost dream of becoming a massage therapist and I have enjoyed helping people relax, relieve pain, and become more embodied for the past 5 years. I am also currently learning more about nutrition and working at a health food restaurant.
My personal development journey evolved over the years from reading books and listening to podcasts to going to therapy and participating in several events through Tony Robbins, known as Mastery University, and participating in a 3 month long coaching program. I have overcome trauma, physical and emotional abuse, many unhealthy relationships, and mental health struggles. I have also been blessed with wonderful opportunities and gifts, loving family and friends, and my fantastic partner, Eric. I believe that life is ever evolving and always presenting new challenges and new blessings. Mindset and taking action are the greatest tools you have to shape a beautiful life, and it’s never too late to transform a belief that is no longer serving you.
Hello everyone! :) I’m Eric Manna. Helping people balance self-improvement with contentment in order to lead more aware and fulfilling lives is my “Why”. This passion began in childhood, I was an “A” student, Junior Olympics fencer, practiced Jeet Kune Do, and enjoyed yardwork and stonework growing up in the hudson valley region of NY with my wonderful parents and younger sister. As a young adult I served in the Navy as a submarine nuclear plant operator for 6 years and was dubbed “The Pushup King” and found I enjoyed training other shipmates onboard my sub in physical fitness. After an Honorable discharge I moved back to NY and became a personal trainer, and was a nuclear plant operator for 3 years. My fitness and personal training journey expanded to teaching yoga, obstacle course racing, acro yoga, and strength and conditioning coaching. I also earned degrees in Exercise Science & Wellness and Organizational Managment.
I’ve been in CO since August 2018 and have continued to work in the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach and yoga instructor. I also currently work as a Flexologist at StretchLab. I enjoy hiking, climbing, snowshoeing, swimming, playing dodgeball and volleyball, and visiting hot springs.
A few of the challenges that I have worked to overcome in my life and continue to improve upon include PTSD, depression, divorce, loss of family members, friends, shipmates, near death experiences, financial loss. heartbreak, personal and professional rejection and failure, emotional, psychological, and verbal abuse, injury, gaslighting, and existential crises. I am excited to share the skills I have learned to help with these challenges and build a more aware and fulfilling life.
